Temporary Customer Service Advisor Role
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are hiring a customer-focused, people-oriented team player with excellent communication skills to join our customer service team in a hybrid working environment.
The team provides frontline service to customers, handling inbound calls, face-to-face interactions, and resolving queries at the first point of contact. You will manage a variety of inquiries from tenants, applicants, and external customers, proactively ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements for the Customer Service Advisor role:
1. Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to multitask effectively.
5. Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
6. Excellent communication skills across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, face-to-face, and email.
7. Willingness to work from our head office at least twice a week after initial training.
