Job description
If you're the sort of Account Executive who wants to juggle hundreds of small clients, this isn't for you.
Because here you'll be working with fewer clients - but the ones you do have will be bigger, more complex, and much more interesting.
The average case you'll take on here generates around £40, of income.
he total book you'll inherit sits around £, - and it's growing. You'll get fresh, referred business on top of that, so you're not constantly chasing your tail with prospecting.
And unlike some broking houses, you won't be left to do everything yourself. You'll have an ecosystem around you - risk management, claims, broking, and technical specialists - so you can spend more time with clients and less time bogged down in admin.
You'll be dealing with a mix of industries: food & drink, manufacturing, life sciences, tech, construction… the variety's there.
But the common theme is that these are serious businesses that value advice, not just quotes.
This suits someone who's outgrown the mid-market churn and wants to operate at the corporate level - without the corporate politics.
Someone who wants to spend their time building deeper relationships with fewer clients, rather than being spread too thin.
And you won't be doing it alone. Every Executive here runs a book north of £k income, so you'll be surrounded by some of the sharpest performers in the Scottish market - and you'll be expected to grow into that level yourself.
You'll need to be based in or near Glasgow - because while this firm is flexible, your clients are here and they'll want to see you face to face.
If that's you, this brokerage will back you. They're looking for two Executives ready to step into bigger, better work.
Interested? Call me in confidence on or email .
And if you don't have an up-to-date CV, don't worry - we can sort that later.
