Being a Virgin Active Personal Coach
1. Be fully involved in the creation of a fun, lively and creative atmosphere for all customers. Take part in activities, programs and events in the Club which are engaging, generate revenue and promote retention
2. Support the planning and execution of gym floor programmes and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and member needs.
3. Maintain a visible, approachable presence, acting as a cultural ambassador and fostering a fun, welcoming, and motivating environment.
4. Provide daily guidance and support to our members, embodying leadership qualities that inspire high standards of unreasonable hospitality and member service, safety, and brand excellence.
5. Serve as a passionate ambassador for the gym floor experience, ensuring every member interaction reflects the highest standards of service, safety, and consistency
6. Deliver personal coaching sessions and classes with energy, creativity, and professionalism, consistently meeting or exceeding club standards, delivering unreasonable hospitality at all times

Qualifications
13. You will need at least a REPS Level 3 or CIMPSPA equivalent qualification
