Technical Experience
· Deep understanding in Teams Voice architecture.
· Experience with Migrations to Microsoft Teams, including Phone and Rooms.
· Deep troubleshooting skills with Teams Phone and media optimization.
· Track record of supporting customer digital transformation delivering enterprise-grade Teams solutions.
· Experience delivering proactive services, such as workshops and technical assessments.
Role Requirements
· SC Security Clearance.
· NPPV Level 3 Clearance.
· UK Citizenship.
· Fluent English oral and written communication.
· Strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.
