Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
2. Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of our grounds.
3. Conduct seasonal clean-up tasks, including leaf removal and debris clearance.
4. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
5. Monitor the health of plants and grass, applying fertilisers and pesticides as needed.
6. Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal water usage.
7. Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and landscape improvements.
8. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in horticulture or landscaping are a plus.
2. Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred.
3. Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
4. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
6. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
