We have an initially temporary Weighbridge Operative role available within Holcim’s Asphalt site. This role is ideal for someone with previous Weighbridge Operative experience. However, applicants with a pro active nature and holding strong communication, customer service and IT literacy skills will be considered.

Location:Holcim Express Asphalt, Red Doles Ind. Est, Red Doles Ln, Huddersfield HD2 1YF
Rate: £12.60ph
Contract length: 6 months initially with the view to extend or offer permanent position
Shift Patterns: Mon-Fri 06:00-15:00 and Sat 06:00-10:00 (49 hours per week with paid breaks)

Responsibilities:
* Operate the weighbridge, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all vehicle movements.
* Deliver high-quality customer service to drivers, contractors and internal teams by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
* Process all delivery and collection documentation in line with company policies and compliance standards.
* Monitor material movements to support effective stock management and maintain accurate inventory records.
