As Business Manager for Key Accounts & Ireland North & South territory, you will manage relevant dealers in both markets and work with the NSM to identify high-volume potential sales. You will develop a bespoke dealer development action plan for each dealer, including brand sales development activities, product and soft skills training, and ensure that dealers agree to and implement the plan.
Your Impact:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the local sales team.
* Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers nationwide.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in AG business.
* Ability to travel within the territory.
* Valid driver's license, including car and tractor licenses.
* Strong understanding of agricultural practices and machinery.
* Leadership and management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Customer-centric approach and negotiation skills.
