Your Mission
As Content Creator, you’ll step inside Tom Gozney’s world and help bring it to life. You’ll document the movement, the momentum, and everything in between - capturing the tension, creativity and ambition behind building Gozney, the Gozney Family Office and the brands/businesses we launch.
It’s about the story – delving into what leads up to the moments and what’s to come from them. You’ll craft cinematic, social-first content that feels immediate and alive, revealing the truth and texture of what it takes to build at the edge of culture, food and design. You’ll be embedded in the brand, close to the action, shaping narratives as they unfold.
Key Responsibilities
Capture the Story as It Happens
Film and photograph Tom in motion - behind the scenes, in the studio, on the road, at launches, dinners and cultural moments. You’ll know when to stay close, when to observe, and when to press record.
Edit with Intention
Create reels, short-form documentaries, social-first edits and raw behind-the-scenes content that carry emotion and edge. Your work should feel elevated but never overproduced - polished without losing authenticity.
Guided Creativity
Work within a clear creative framework that ensures content stays aligned with the broader storytelling vision. You’ll use established production guidelines to focus on the moments and narratives that matter most, balancing creative instinct with consistency and strategic intent.
Lead Post-Production
Own the full edit process, shaping footage through thoughtful pacing, cohesive aesthetics and strong narrative structure. You’ll ensure every piece feels considered and culturally relevant.
Move at the Speed of Culture
Respond quickly to opportunities, turning around edits at pace without compromising quality. You’re adaptable, responsive and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
Collaborate and Contribute Creatively
Work closely with the Social Media & Content Manager to align shoots with broader strategy, while bringing your own perspective and ideas to the table. This is a collaborative role where creative input matters.
Push the Format Forward
Experiment with new approaches, platforms and storytelling styles. We’re not here to replicate what everyone else is doing - we want to create work that feels distinctive and forward-thinking.
You Are…
Naturally proactive and self-directed, with the confidence to work independently while staying deeply collaborative. You’re driven by storytelling rather than volume, and you understand that meaningful content comes from insight, timing and instinct.
You’re culturally fluent - immersed in what’s happening across social, media and creative industries - and you instinctively understand how to shape content that resonates now. You’re flexible, comfortable with travel, and able to shoot and edit on the move when needed.
Discretion is second nature to you. You’re comfortable working alongside senior leadership and handling confidential projects with professionalism and trust.
Most importantly, you’re confident and secure in your talent and comfortable working behind the scenes with a genuine desire to elevate Tom’s world and vision.
Experience
* 2–4 years’ experience shooting and editing social-first content for brands, founders or media platforms
* An insight into what content flourishes across different social channels; Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
* Strong working knowledge of camera equipment, lighting and audio setups
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects) or similar tools
* Bonus: experience with TikTok-native storytelling, short-form documentaries or podcast production
