This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice to join the Service Desk team and complete a Level 3 IT Support Technician Apprenticeship.

Aspire Technology Solutions are seeking enthusiastic apprentices with a genuine interest in IT and a positive attitude to be based at its London office. The ideal candidate will be eager to begin their career in IT, comfortable communicating with people, confident, friendly, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work. The apprentice will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all clients while working with the latest technology systems.

Customer communication will take place via phone and email, using fault-finding tools to diagnose and resolve issues remotely. Outstanding customer service is essential to success in this role, and the company's values are embedded in every aspect of the work to ensure that service delivery remains exceptional.

In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job: Provide 1st line support for the service desk.
Work on support tickets and provide project support to senior engineer.
Assisting the set up of desktops and laptops.
Dealing with ticket queries including password resets, new user requests and fault logging.
Assisting with infrastructure refreshes.
Telephony roll outs.
Provide a first point of contact support to customers and maintain excellent customer service via; phone, email and The Portal.
Liaise with internal customers to ensure that services are being delivered.
Work with SLA's whilst delivering efficient resolutions towards First Time Fix Rates.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
A keen interest in learning new IT technologies.
Positive and resilient attitude.
Customer focused.
Personable and friendly.
Well organised and takes initiative.
A logical approach to troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Good attention to detail.
Grade 5 in GCSE English and Grade 4 in GCSE Maths.
Salary, Hours&Benefits: £17,000 per annum.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.

You'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

You'll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
