We are working with a Pupil Referral Unit in Ferryhill seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Your Role: What You'll Be Doing Each Day Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in small group and 1:1 settings Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging, differentiated activities Helping pupils regulate emotions and stay focused throughout lessons Promoting positive behaviour and building trusting relationships Supporting learning across core subjects like English and Maths, as well as creative and practical activities Supervising break and lunchtime activities, encouraging positive social interaction Why Join Protocol Education?
