English and Maths Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 per hour Job Duties: The English and Maths Tutor will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring in English and Maths to students. Duties include preparing and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback. Required Qualifications: A relevant degree in English, Maths, Education, or a related field. Teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent. Strong knowledge of the English and Maths curriculum. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths. Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Maths, Education, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge of the English and Maths curriculum. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Good organisation and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or a related field. Additional teaching qualifications. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds. Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The tutor may need to travel to different locations to provide tutoring sessions.
