About the role
You’ll support residents through face-to-face appointments, telephone helpline, and online applications. This fast-paced role requires excellent administration and organisational skills, along with a passion for supporting households at risk of homelessness.
You’ll be part of a dynamic triage team, acting as the first point of contact for applicants seeking help. We’re looking for someone with:
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage sensitively with vulnerable individuals
* A collaborative mindset and team spirit
* Confidence in managing priorities under pressure
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred service
