Responsibilities
You will work within a busy team to investigate flytipping, address overhanging vegetation, support residents in managing their waste, and receive training in Pest Control to assist demand during busy periods. The team is both reactive and proactive, and you will complement its experienced members with a can‑do attitude.
Required Skills & Attributes
You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage a busy workload. A passion for resolving issues, flexibility, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong teamwork are essential. Politeness and a friendly attitude are crucial when interacting with residents. While you will often work alone, you should also be able to support colleagues on larger tasks.
