We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation based in Annesley (NG15). This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment.
The Role
*
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
*
Processing orders and updating internal systems
*
Liaising with transport, warehouse, and planning teams
*
Resolving delivery issues and providing timely updates to customers
*
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
*
General administrative duties as required
Requirements
*
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
*
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
