£28,000 - 30,000 per annum– OTE up to £40,000


Hours

Monday to Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm (Saturday morning(1 in every 3)08:30am – 12:30pm)

This is a results-driven sales role for someone who thrives on targets, conversions, and closing deals.

You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and play a crucial role in turning interest into revenue. Every call is a sales opportunity, every enquiry a chance to exceed targets and earn more through performance-based incentives.

Your Mission

* Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed storage bookings
* Maximise revenue per enquiry through effective upselling and cross-selling
* Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Deliver a fast, professional, and persuasive customer experience
* Take ownership of the full sales journey from enquiry to booking


Key Responsibilities

* Handling high volumes of inbound sales calls, emails, and online enquiries
* Qualifying leads and recommending the most suitable storage solutions
* Providing accurate quotes and proactively following up to close sales
* Upselling add-on services such as packing, collections, transport, and insurance
* Booking storage, collections, and deliveries with a focus on revenue optimisation
* Managing schedules efficiently to maximise utilisation and profitability
* Maintaining accurate CRM and booking records
* Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and average order value


Training & Performance

You’ll receive structured on-the-job training and coaching from experienced sales team members, including:

* Sales techniques and objection handling
* Closing strategies and follow-up processes
* Product knowledge and pricing structures

Performance is measured through:

* Conversion rates
* Target achievement
* Customer satisfaction and retention
