We are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join our supply team in Sunderland/Durham. This role is ideal for someone with the confidence and enthusiasm to work with young people who may find school life challenging. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a key role in managing behaviour, engaging pupils through creative and supportive methods, and building positive, lasting relationships in a vibrant classroom environment.
The required Behaviour Support Worker will have:
1. Experience of working with students with Autism or other additional needs
2. A passion for education and helping young people achieve their potential
