We value our people, back their growth, and support them with a collaborative, friendly working environment.\n \nThe Role\nAs Project Manager, you’ll oversee generator installation projects from initial handover through to final commissioning.
You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and our internal teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, from handover to completion\nAttend project handovers and review all scope and delivery requirements\nBuild strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations\nCoordinate engineers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient, safe delivery\nMonitor and control project budgets, financials, and cash flow\nKeep project records updated using Protean (CRM)\nEnsure full compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards\nManage suppliers, purchase orders, and invoicing timelines\nContribute to appraisals for project administrators and engineers\nTravel regularly to project sites across the UK\n \nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nBackground in mechanical, electrical, or construction project delivery\nGenerator experience is advantageous but not essential\nProven project management experience—budgeting, planning, and delivery\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset\nConfident using IT systems and project software (e.g., CRM tools)\nAbility to work across sites, from home, or in the office as needed\nWillingness to travel across the UK as part of the role\n \nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary\n28 days holiday plus bank holidays\nCompany vehicle or car allowance\nPrivate healthcare\nAll travel, food, and hotel expenses covered when working away\nDeath in Service benefit\nOutstanding Employee Assistance Programme\nClear senior progression paths within a fast-growing business\nJoin us and be part of a company that truly values its employees while delivering exceptional power solutions nationwide
