We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer who’s passionate about automation, problem-solving, and creating seamless user experiences.
You'll work on high-impact solutions across Virtual Agent and RPA—helping transform customer platforms alongside a collaborative, forward-thinking team. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll split your time between home, office, and client sites (not 100% remote).
🔧 What you’ll do:
Develop and customise ServiceNow apps, workflows, and integrations
Build smart Virtual Agent experiences
Integrate RPA tools to streamline operations
Optimise performance and ensure platform stability
Collaborate closely with business and tech stakeholders
✅ What you’ll bring:
Experience with ServiceNow development (including Virtual Agent and/or RPA)
Strong JavaScript skills
A problem-solving mindset and great communication skills
Eligibility for SC Clearance (UK residency required)
Willingness to travel to client site on an ad-hoc basis
