Location: Penryn, Cornwall
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts: 21:00 to 07:00
Pay Rates: £16.85 – £21.09
Requirements: All candidates must be drivers.
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young male client with complex medical needs at home.
* Personal care
* Gastrostomy feeding
* Medication management
* Mobility support
* Follow care plans: tracheostomy, oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, seizure management
The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and experienced with non-verbal communication and complex care.
Qualifications
* Experience with gastrostomy (PEG/J) feeding and nutrition management
* Tracheostomy care and suctioning
* Seizure recognition and administration of emergency epilepsy medication
* Oxygen therapy and clinical observations
* Supporting non-verbal communication
