Regional Facilities Manager – Manchester
Salary: £60,000 + car allowance + benefits

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Regional FM to manage a flagship commercial & retail portfolio for a leading Managing Agent.
You’ll be responsible for multiple sites across the Manchester region, focusing on compliance, engineering performance, H&S, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver day-to-day hard & soft FM services across the portfolio.
*
Oversee planned, reactive and life-cycle maintenance programmes.
*
Manage contractors, budgets, service-charge accounts and CapEx projects.
*
Ensure full compliance with H&S, statutory and environmental regulations.
*
Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders.
*
Identify and implement efficiency improvements and cost savings.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Demonstrable experience as a Regional FM / Operations Manager within a managing-agent or landlord environment.
*
Strong technical knowledge (hard-services bias preferred).
*
Excellent client-facing, leadership and contractor-management skills.
*
Good understanding of service-charge budgets and commercial reporting.
