Overview
We are looking for a Qualified Solicitor to take ownership of a diverse and engaging private client caseload across all aspects of private client law, including wills and probate, trusts and estate administration, Court of Protection matters, deputyship management, inheritance tax planning, asset protection, lasting powers of attorney and compensation trusts.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of a diverse and engaging private client caseload
* Work independently from instruction to completion
* Deliver consistently high standards of client care and maintain strong client relationships throughout the process
* Support a supportive, inclusive and collaborative working environment
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with strong technical knowledge of private client law
* Substantial practical experience in private client work
* STEP: qualified or actively working towards the STEP Diploma
* Demonstrates commitment to ongoing professional development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident in building trusted, long‑term client relationships
