About you
* You will contribute to engineering processes, ensuring project delivery, maintaining standards, and motivating the team.
* Focus on quality and usability, integrating these into engineering practices.
* Experience with SaaS, multi-tenanted applications, and a tech stack including C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, AWS, Azure, SQL, Microservices.
* Proficient in agile, test-driven development methodologies.
* Enthusiastic, solutions-focused, proactive, and adaptable, with pride in code quality.
* Skilled in nurturing team development and performance.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop software solutions to meet acceptance criteria using various technologies.
* Manage specific projects and deliverables, assessing risks and dependencies.
* Lead a small agile team, driving technical excellence and accountability.
* Provide technical guidance and promote quality assurance activities.
Skills and experiences
* Motivate and lead teams, supporting career development and upskilling.
* Excellent communication skills, able to advise stakeholders across departments.
* Write clean, well-structured, self-documenting code and stay updated with technology trends.
* Coordinate and manage development sprints/releases, and design source control structures.
* Drive change and demonstrate positive, adaptable leadership behaviors.
