About The Role The Role: Key Responsibilities Warm Welcome: Greet every visitor upon arrival and guide them to the appropriate department with professionalism and courtesy. Customer Care: Provide refreshments to customers and visiting BMW representatives, ensuring a high standard of service. Coffee Bar Maintenance: Keep the Coffee Bar area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Team Support: Collaborate with fellow Hospitality Hosts to ensure smooth job-sharing operations, and provide cover during holidays and sick leave. Professional Conduct & Appearance: Represent the BMW/MINI brand with a polished, professional appearance and behaviour at all times. Time Management & Independence: Manage tasks efficiently during busy periods and take initiative to uphold service standards without direct supervision.
