3. Develop and deliver a future-facing digital strategy
4. Lead internal IT, CRM, website, enterprise systems, and data security
5. Oversee budgets, tech investments, and supplier partnerships
6. Deliver digital projects that drive operational efficiency
7. Ensure robust, secure, and scalable digital infrastructure
8. Lead and inspire a cross-functional digital team
9. Collaborate with stakeholders and third parties to deliver innovation
10. Take full ownership of the CRM platform (MS Dynamics) and website roadmap
11. Ensure digital platforms meet accessibility, user experience, and SEO standards
12. Embed a culture that embraces technology and change
The Successful Applicant
13. 5+ years in senior digital, IT, or tech leadership roles
14. Strong grasp of CRM (ideally Dynamics), IT systems, and digital platforms
15. Proven experience managing third-party suppliers and contracts
16. Commercially savvy with budget and investment oversight
17. Strategic thinker who delivers through collaboration
18. Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
19. Strong data governance and cybersecurity awareness
20. Agile, adaptable, and excited by transformation
21. Experience in charity, membership, or not-for-profit sectors (a bonus)
