Staffline Recruitment are working in partnership with their client based in Kells recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their well established team.
This role would be suited to candidates who have a strong administrative background and excellent customer service skills.
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday - and Friday - 1pm
Rate of Pay: £ per hour
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with various customer enquiries via email/ telephone in a courteous manner.
2. Inputting customer orders on bespoke system
3. Manage and organise product collections/ deliveries
4. Producing weekly / monthly customers reports as per agreement
5. General office administrative duties.
6. Sampling to customers where required.
Essential Criteria:
7. A minimum of 4 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent - proof of which must be provided
8. At least 6 months experiences in a fast paced office environment
9. Must be working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
10. A good telephone manner & strong communication skills are required as client liaison is critical to this role.
11. Must be able to deal with incoming calls regarding customer orders and queries
12. Ability to multitask and work to designated time frames
13. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
