This role offers hands-on experience in an Outstanding SEN school in Reading, supporting children with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and emotional regulation challenges.
Ideal for Psychology graduates aiming for careers in clinical psychology, educational psychology, child and adolescent mental health, social work, or therapy.

Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils aged 4–11. Collaborate with therapists, SENCOs, and teachers using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches. Support communication, emotional regulation, and resilience development. Observe and apply strategies rooted in child psychology and behavior. Gain real-world experience for Assistant Psychologist roles and Doctorate applications.
You’ll Love This If You Are
A recent Psychology graduate (or have a related qualification). Empathetic, proactive, and passionate about neurodiversity and mental health. Experience is a bonus, but full training is provided.
