Vanrath are recruiting for a professional and friendly Receptionist in a company within the Belfast City Centre area on a temporary basis. About the role: This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills. The position is initially offered for around 7 months, with the potential to become permanent. The successful candidate will also support other departments. Details: Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm Temporary, approximately 7 months, with potential to go perm £12.50ph can be discussed, dependant on experience What you will do Greet visitors and handle all front desk interactions in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming telephone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain the reception area and meeting room bookings Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document handling Assist the HR department with ad hoc administrative tasks Coordinate with other internal departments as required Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Well-organised with excellent attention to detail Friendly, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks Discreet and professional when handling confidential information Additional Information This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a central location, with potential to develop into a permanent role.
