Led by the Executive Assistant to the Director of HR, the team provides support to the HR Executive Team and the broader HR department whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. In this role, you will provide comprehensive diary and administrative support to the two Associate Directors of HR. We are looking for a problem-solver who can anticipate their needs, suggest solutions and act as a key point of contact within the wider team. You will also be the lead contact for any departmental health & safety matters and assist with wider departmental finance processes and any systems requirements. We are looking for someone who has proven experience of supporting senior staff at an institution/company. You should have good attention to detail, strong IT skills and be able to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
