Reporting to the Talent Development Manger, the Talent Development Partner is responsiblefor:* Leading all learning & development planning and delivery. The post holder will analyseorganisation and individual development and training needs to underpin cost-effectiveprovision of an effective company programme of learning opportunities* The post holder will develop, define and implement L&D activity to support the companies to meet business objectives through delivery of a commercially orientated learning anddevelopment service.* Working in partnership with the HRBPs, to forecast the skills profile required by the site to ensure that we continue to operate competitively and are able to deliver our customerrequirements with competence.* Providing the tools, processes and expertise for the HRBPs to use in partnership with thecompany's managers to ensure effective Talent development activity.* Involvement in Early careers programmes with specific focus on graduates, internships andyear in industry.Candidate skills & requirements Essential* Sound working knowledge L&D theory including TNA and its principles.* Experience of LMS use.* Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions to provide recommended action.* The ability to develop, build and maintain credible and effective working relationships byinfluencing people managers and other key stakeholders providing constructive challengewhere appropriate.* Demonstrable experience of sound project management skills and ab...
