Your role will be pivotal in helping students aged 5 to 16 thrive academically and emotionally in a safe, inclusive environment.
Position Details
Start Date: ASAP
Locations: Schools across Gloucestershire
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (subject to school requirements)
Potential for Permanent Contracts for the right candidates
Your Role
✨ Support students with SEN in 1:1 or small group settings
Collaborate with teachers and other TAs to enhance learning
Assist in delivering lesson content and supporting classroom activities
Build strong, trusting relationships with students
Help implement EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
The Ideal Candidate
A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference
Adaptable and patient, with strong communication and behaviour management skills
Previous experience in education, care, or sports coaching is a plus (but not essential!)
Life experience with SEN or challenging behaviour is valuable — your attitude matters most
Ideal for recent graduates exploring a career in education
