Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3) – Full-Time | Independent Nursery Location: Bradford

Key responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
* Supporting children's development through play and structured learning
* Building positive relationships with parents and carers
* Monitoring progress and contributing to observations and assessments
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards
About you:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
* Passionate about delivering high-quality early years education
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
* A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of nursery life
