Role
Participate in people projects relating to support the wider People team.
Contribute to any new policies that impact the People agenda. Attend and support at departmental consultative forums. Develop and provide relevant documentation for live cases. Responsible for supporting the change management programme – advising managers.
Ensure all documents are accurate and all system actions in line with company standards.
What will make you successful in the role?
* Extensive People experience, preferably dealing with complex case management
* Extensive knowledge of up to date employment law
* Demonstrates commercial awareness and understanding of business needs with a grounded approach
* CIPD Qualified
* Knowledge of working with Trade Unions and within partnership agreements
