The role involves welding high quality components and this involve doing manual and robotic welding. Hours/Days of Work Monday – Thursday 08:00am – 16:30pm Friday 08:00am – 11:30am Rate of Pay £14.50 Per hour Temp to Perm Opportunity! Duties Welding high quality components including setting up and operating a range of tooling and machinery, e.g. welders (tig, mig etc.), punches etc. Welding components by using equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn, and weld pieces; setting up and measuring assemblies; selecting appropriate method of working Must be able to read welding drawings and specifications Complete work documents and records Maintain a safe working environment, follow H&S procedures, and comply with legal regulations Ensure work equipment is used appropriately by following operating instructions; troubleshoot breakdowns; perform preventative maintenance Meet quality targets and maintain high quality standards Requirements Previous experience in a similar role Welding qualification desirable Good numeracy skills Essential - must be able to read and interpret drawings C...
