E-ppl are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our recruitment team on a permanent basis. The Internal Recruitment team provide support to all our Operations teams across the UK, and we focus solely on attracting skilled candidates to join our growing business.
Here at E-ppl we are a managed services business who specialise in supporting our customers predominately in the Automotive and Manufacturing Sector. We are looking for someone can work in fast paced environments and has the determination to focus solely on attracting skilled candidates to join our growing business.
Job Description:
* Source and review candidates CVs using different job boards.
* Producing and posting job adverts across different platforms.
* Conducting background checks such as DBS checks and right to work checks.
* Conducting interviews and managing onboarding documents.
* Building relationships with site managers to fulfil their recruitment needs.
* Making and taking phone calls on daily basis.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
* Experience in a Recruitment environment is essential.
* Driving Licence is desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident on the phones and proficient in building relationships with our contractors through consistent communication.
* Off road free onsite parking.
* Contract hours 9:00am – 5:00pm.
* Early Finish on Fridays with the understanding all relevant work is completed.
* Fun and Friendly office environment.
* Uniform is provided.
