You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers</p><p>This is a brand new modern, care home which provides residential, dementia, respite, and convalescence care, offering a comfortable and supportive environment tailored to the individual needs of each resident</p><h3>Eligibility and Requirements</h3><p>To be considered for this position you must have previous experience managing a nursing/residential home</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p>As the Home Manager your key duties include:</p><ul><li>Provide leadership and direction to the homes staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy</li><li>Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support</li><li>Manage the homes budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed</li><li>Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the homes services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills and Experience</h3><ul><li>A strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a proven record of working towards achieving outstanding ratings</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external professionals, families, and visitors</li><li>A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful care home</li><li>Enthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person‑centred care</li><li>Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service</li></ul><h3>Salary & Benefits</h3><p>The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £70,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working from 9am-5pm.
