Job Purpose
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, including monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
* Oversee junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities.
* Build professional relationships and adopt a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for your portfolio.
* Assist with the pitch and tender process for new work, preparing associated documents.
* Work closely with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
* Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function.

Job Requirements
* ACA / ACCA/ or equivalent qualified
* Experience managing a portfolio in UK practice
* Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills
* Strong working knowledge of audit software, such as Caseware
* Confident using the Microsoft Office suite
* Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
* A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
