Salary: £24, - £26, – NJC Scale 5 (Points 12 – 17)

Working Pattern: 8:00am – 3.30pm, term time only (39 weeks per year)

About You:
Wrenn School are seeking an Attendance Officer who is a strong communicator who can build positive relationships with students and families to improve attendance. You will stand out as the friendly and supportive face that helps students to get back and stay in the classroom.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience of working within an educational attendance related setting.
2. Working with children, young people, parents and families within an educational context.
3. Working with professionals from other agencies and in multi-agency context.
4. Experience of analysing attendance data and identifying key areas for improvement.
About the Attendance Team:
The Wrenn School attendance team are friendly and supportive with a focus on improving student attendance through collaboration with staff and support for SEN students, aiming for high attendance to maximize learning.

Wrenn is a vibrant learning community across two campuses. Our Doddington Road site supports Key Stage 3 students (ages 11–14) with a nurturing transition from primary school, while London Road provides a mature environment for Key Stages 4 and 5 (ages 14–18).
