We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Support Executive to join our team. This role will provide essential support to the wider commercial sales team and deliver operational excellence across a variety of Samsung campaigns. The position offers exposure to multiple workstreams, including always-on campaigns and ad-hoc initiatives, ensuring a dynamic and varied workload. Job title: Commercial Support Executive Job Description: Key Responsibilities Deliver operational support for Samsung’s always-on and ad-hoc campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. Monitor and manage global lead generation activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely lead allocation. Consistently achieve key performance indicators across quality, customer satisfaction, responsiveness, conversion, and revenue metrics. Deliver commercial service support for specialist accounts & wider sales team. Handle inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels to support lead generation and service queries. Support the distribution and collection of data for various campaigns, providing actionable insights to drive campaign effectiveness and optimisation. Work closely with commercial managers, sales teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Key Competencies & Required Skills Proven experience in a commercial support, sales operations, or administrative role within a B2B environment. (Or similar environment) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - familiarity with Salesforce is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and digital channels. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able to work from the Leeds office at least 2 days per week.
