We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our team from September on a full-time basis. This rewarding role involves supporting students aged 16–25 with a range of additional needs, helping them develop their independence, confidence, academic skills, and preparation for adulthood. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support both inside and outside the classroom. Our students have a variety of learning difficulties and disabilities, including autism, moderate learning difficulties, communication needs, and complex additional needs. The successful candidates will play a vital role in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and small-group support to students with SEN. Assist students to access learning activities and achieve their personal targets. Promote independence, confidence, and social development. Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and daily living skills where required.
