People Partner - London
Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a People Partner for a leading fashion business, supporting the South UK region and international markets.
This role acts as a strategic HR partner, working closely with retail leadership to drive business performance through impactful people strategies. As the key point of contact for retail teams, you'll provide end-to-end HR support, champion best practice, and upskill leaders across the business. You'll also deliver valuable insights to inform operational, commercial, and strategic decision-making across the wider organisation.
The Role
* Partnering with senior retail leaders to drive performance through the people strategy
* Supporting across the full HR generalist remit – ER, L&D, reward, engagement & change
* Leading on international HR practices
* Supporting store openings/closures, organisational design, and talent planning
* Acting as the HR go-to for a diverse and evolving store network
Skills
* HR experience in a multi-site retail environment
* Solid UK and international employment law knowledge
* Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions
* A proactive mindset – able to pivot from strategy to hands-on delivery
