Our amazing client is looking for a CRM Manager to join them.
The CRM Manager will be responsible for launching this company’s new fantastic Customer Loyalty Programme.
CRM Manager Responsibilities
1. Create an excellent loyalty scheme plan and execute this
2. Driving customer acquisition across multiple channels
3. Consistently analysing performance, and making decisions to optimize revenue
4. Recognising areas to enhance the customer journey
5. Regularly analysing competitors
6. Ensure that all campaigns match the voice of the company and are legally compliant
CRM Manager Skills
7. Previous experience within CRM or Customer Loyalty Schemes is essential
8. Strongly analytical
9. Excellent communication and the ability to work across all teams internally
