Employee Benefits Consultant
We are currently working with a leading employee benefits consultancy to support their search for an Associate Consultant & Consultant to join their small business solutions team. This is a fantastic time to join this organisation, and as they continue to evolve and develop, there are significant opportunities for progression within the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage an existing portfolio of clients, consulting on PMI and/or Group Risk schemes.
* Identify potential opportunities for new business (cross & up selling).
* Be the first point of contact for all of your clients.
* Must have prior Employee Benefits experience.
* Ability to effectively manage clients.
This role can be remote-based with the expectation of attending an office at least once per month.
