Win new business & grow existing accounts (10% Commission)
Manage full recruitment lifecycle
Source top talent & build strong pipelines
Hit and exceed billing targets
You have:
3+ years recruitment experience (Industrial preferred)
Proven track record in a target-driven market
Commercial mindset, resilient & motivated
Full UK driving license
