What youll do:
1. Act as an important first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
2. Provide informed product support and recommend appropriate solutions based on individual customer requirements
3. Confirm and communicate delivery lead times clearly, ensuring customer expectations are managed effectively throughout the order process
4. Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to ensure customer queries are fully resolved
