Key Responsibilities
Purpose of the Assessment Day:
We’re looking for ambitious, digitally savvy sales professionals to join our dynamic team. This assessment day is designed to identify high-potential candidates who can sell tailored digital marketing solutions to SMEs across a range of industries.
You’ll take part in a series of structured activities, interviews, and team challenges to demonstrate your commercial awareness, communication skills, and consultative sales approach.
Successful candidates will receive offers at the end of the assessment day.
What You’ll Be Selling:
• Digital display advertising (across our 200+ websites)
• Social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Multi channel marketing solutions, incorporating our magazine and newspaper brands
• Video production
• SEO (search engine optimisation) and PPC (pay-per-click) solutions
• Website design and development
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Who We’re Looking For - We want people who:
• Are confident communicators with a persuasive edge
• Understand or have a strong interest in digital marketing
• Are target-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated by performance-based rewards
• Have experience in B2B or consultative sales (advantageous, but not essential)
• Are resilient, coachable, and eager to learn
• Have the ability to build rapport quickly and close sales effectively
