This role focuses on developing opportunities in the commercial property sector and converting enquiries in the Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) space.
🔧 Main Purpose of the Role
Develop opportunities for the supply and installation of integrated security and control systems in the commercial property sector.
Convert internally generated enquiries in the Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) sector.
🏢 Position in Organisation
Reports to: CEO
Liaises with: Sales team, Technical Support Engineers, Operations Director, Operations Supervisor, Maintenance Team Manager
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 (DOE) + Commission
Option for company car or car allowance
📋 Main Responsibilities
Win new business and develop new customers
Prepare and deliver proposals
Conduct on-site technical surveys
Issue quotations and contract paperwork
Manage quote bank and reporting
Key account management
Follow up on quotations to maximise conversion
Deliver customer presentations
Minimise credit disputes through clear communication
Liaise with suppliers
Cross-sell products and services
Stay updated on relevant technologies
Support quality initiatives (e.g. ISO 9001, NSi Gold)
