Your Role
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to a flagship project—a stunning £85M new build campus in Darlington. Your expertise will help us enhance value for money while upholding our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Manage applications for payment from subcontractors and prepare client payment applications.
* Monitor expenditure against budgets through detailed Cost Value Reconciliation reports.
* Prepare final accounts and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Contribute to the collation and reporting of commercial information.
* Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You have experience in a tier 1 main contractor environment.
* You possess strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and project commercial management.
* You’re skilled in CVR reporting and financial analysis.
* You enjoy collaborative working and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* You hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
