The Role

Our advisory work spans complex and high-impact projects, including:

1. Business restructurings and reorganisations
2. New jurisdiction entry and expansion into new markets
3. Pre- and post-transaction reorganisations
4. Refinancing and interest deductibility matters
5. Cash repatriation planning
6. Tax authority enquiries
7. Global fiscal change, including BEPS Pillar 2 implementation

You will work closely with Partners and Directors on technically complex matters, delivering clear, commercially focused advice to clients.



The Person

8. Lead and manage advisory and compliance engagements for UK and cross-border clients
9. Coordinate with specialists, overseas member firms and external advisers to deliver integrated solutions
10. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, building your external network and identifying opportunities
11. Manage engagement quality, risk processes and financial performance
12. Support resourcing and contribute to team operations
13. Coach, mentor and develop junior team members
14. Actively participate in business development initiatives
15. Be a visible role model for KPMG’s values and collaborative culture
16. CTA, ACA, CA (or equivalent) qualified
17. Technically strong in UK corporation tax, with broader tax and accounting awareness
18. Commercially minded, analytical and curious
19. Confident managing multiple clients and projects
20. Skilled at building relationships and communicating clearly
21. Comfortable identifying and managing risk
22. Motivated to develop others and contribute to team growth
23. Committed to continuous professional and technical development
