Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
🔹 Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 .
🔹 Work with small groups and individual students to provide additional learning support.
🔹 Assist with classroom activities, lesson planning, and behaviour management .
🔹 Support students with SEN and additional needs, helping them develop confidence and key skills.
🔹 Help track and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
🔹 Create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A recent graduate (degree in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, or a related field preferred).
✅ A passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey .
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills .
✅ A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to education.
✅ Some experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering ) is desirable.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
