Job Purpose The IMS & Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organisation’s Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001). The role ensures the organisation meets all regulatory, certification, and internal governance requirements, and drives a culture of continuous improvement, quality, safety, and sustainability. Key ResponsibilitiesIMS Management Develop, maintain, and continually improve the organisation’s Integrated Management System. Ensure ongoing compliance with certification standards (ISO 9001, 14001 or sector‑specific standards). Lead internal audits and coordinate external certification/recertification audits. Maintain IMS documentation, policies, procedures, and process controls. Provide training and guidance to employees on IMS requirements and changes.Compliance & Governance Monitor compliance with statutory, regulatory, and industry‑specific requirements. Maintain a compliance register and ensure corrective actions are tracked and closed. Manage risk assessments and support departments in implementing controls. Conduct compliance audits across operational functions.
